Protecting the innocent

This resource first helps you pick a make and model by listing the most reliable used cars, grouped by size. Once you have decided the best make and model for your situation, there are articles that help you evaluate an individual car of your chosen model. There are other useful articles, plus a one-page checklist to summarize your evaluation with the car in front of you. Unfortunately, the price of this single issue is the same as a year's subscription to Consumer's Reports; but I suppose the supplier must make a fair profit.

Yay Consumer Reports!

Consumer Reports is always there when you need them to be. I bought this magazine for my daughter who was in need of a new (used) car. There are so many choices on the market that it is nice to have the benefit of an unbiased opinion on the quality and value of what is available. I have believed in Consumer Reports for the past 50 years and will continue to do so for the next 50. :)
